All kits are sent out complete including and EGR Spacer, if needed, venturi nozzles with drill bit and tap or whatever is needed for the correct point of entry. This AquaThrustPlus on a '72 MGB with standard carburetor set-up. Please note the location of the processor and the closeness of it to the "Y" feed connector. Each factory spacer has been drilled and tapped to complete the venturi nozzles. They have been placed at an angle and drilled directly inward, following the contour of the spacer. The venturi nozzles function is to allow the perfect injection throughout the power band. Red marks (which are not seen) on the nozzles must face toward the intake valve. This photo compliments of A&S Imports in Pennsylvania. They specialize in MGB's and other classic vehicles. Compliments to him on this installation for his customer.


This photo shows the AquaThrustPlus installed on a '64 MGB. Note that the processor has been mounted as close as possible to the 4-way distribution block and the injection lines were cut to fit as short as possible. In this photo you can also see the placement of the water container. This application can also be fitted on all '55-'62 MGA's and '63-'80 MGB's that generally are using SU carburetors, also with dual sidedraft Weber carbs (DCOE type). The same manifold configuration can also be found on Triumph TR2, TR3 and TR4 engines with Zenith-Stromberg carburetors. We truly want to thank our customer in Pennsylvania for providing all the information and the fantastic installation he did. A very nice, clean job.


This shows the AquaThrustPlus unit on an '08 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, 2.0L utilizing the four-way injection feed. You will note, that once again, everything is short and sweet. It is extremely important to always have the lines as short as possible! In all instances, whether it be a 2, 4 or 6-way distribution, it is highly important to mount the distribution block above the nozzles allowing the injection to go down into the manifold. Also, please note the location of the water container. It is a stainless steel tank on the far left front of the engine compartment. This tank is most commonly used for racing and Harley-Davidsons. It holds 1 1/2 quarts of water which will last to 12 gallons of fuel. Photo compliments of customer in Arizona.


This photo shows the installation on '03 Dodge Conversion Van 1500, 5.9L engine. Note how the processor is mounted on the bracket. The bracket is placed using the injector rail bolt, this way the injection is short and sweet to the 2-way distribution. The water container is placed in front of the radiator utilizing our "slim-line" water container which holds 5 liters of water. Photo compliments of customer in Virginia.


Here we see the installation on an '04 Nissan Frontier, 3.3L. Please note the point of entry. This particular application utilizes the EVAP vacuum circuit. The vacuum tee has been installed butt up against the vacuum pipe. The injection is short and sweet and injecting directly in. The bracket has been mounted on one of the existing bolts on the manifold to put the processor as close as possible. Photo compliments of customer in Texas.


This photo shows a specialized installation on an '08 Mazda Miata 2.2L. Please note that in a specialized installation such as this, there is an extra charge for each additional generator. Each generator produces 1.5L per minute. Each red wire was brought into one common red and the black wires were brought into one common ground. There is a total of five generators in this application. This builds a lot of performance and fuel economy. The engine cover cowling was removed to show how the installation was done as well as the wiring hook-up. Photo compliments of customer in Texas.


This photo shows the AquaThrustPlus on an '05 Toyota Tundra 4.7L. Note the closeness of the processor to the point of entry meaning, in this instance, the vacuum tee. The vacuum tee has been placed butt up against the vacuum pipe at the manifold. The injection going into this is short and has a gradual bend down into it. In all instances a golden coloration coming out of the generator is normal and, in fact, should be seen within approximately 100 miles of drive time. Please also note the water container placement and the one single wire coming out of it. This installation is utilizing the "Energize" Platinum Plate kit which further enhances the efficiency of the system. We cannot stress enough how important it is to place the processor as close as possible to the point of entry. Photo compliments of customer in Nevada.


This photo shows a '56 GMC truck, with the 350 Dual Quad on a '68 Corvette engine with the AquaThrustPlus unit utilizing dual venturi spacer plates to assure even distribution of injection throughout the power band. This is an AquaThrustPlus unit installed on a '99 Chevrolet Suburban with the 5.7L engine Vortec. Note that the processor has been mounted using a bracket that is attached to the accelerator bracket. The point of injection is below the EGR and utilizing our EGR Spacer. This assures a perfect injection throughout the power band and to all the cylinders. This photo is of a '00 Ford F-250, supercharged 6.8L engine, V-10. Note the point of injection, that the processor has been mounted close to this point of injection with a very slight and gradual bend in the injection line. This is an install on a '99 Mitsubishi Eclipse Turbocharged, 2.0L engine. Note the mounting of the processor and the gradual bend coming out of the processor feeding the 4-way distribution block. Also note that the red marks on the venturi injector nozzles are facing directly toward the cylinder head. Placement of the nozzles and the design of the nozzles assures the perfect injection throughout the powerband. This vehicle is running 28psi of boost. This shows an AquaThrustPlus on an '02 Dodge Caravan with 3.3L engine.  Please note how the bracket is installed utilizing the EGR hold down plate. The processor has been mounted on the bracket to give a good, even shot into the venturi nozzle.  The venturi nozzle has been installed approximately 1 1/4 inches downstream from the throttle body and the red mark on the venturi nozzle is facing away from the incoming draft.  Photo compliments of customer in Colorado.


'This is an install on an '08 Mazda Tribute 2.3L. The processor has been mounted as close to the point of entry as possible and in order to do this, the bracket that is included in the kit was formed to accommodate the space available.  As with all our AquaTune systems, whether the vehicle is older or brand new, no O2 manipulation is needed as the computer will adjust to the new parameters without setting check engine lights or the engine running richer.  Note that the engine was running at the time of the photo.  Photo compliments of customer in central Texas.
